Found elsewhere on the web:

The ICL line of cartridges originated with Mr. Arnold Juenke of Reno, who originally operated the Santa Monica Gun Sop using "Saturn" as his trademark.
Robert Hutton, technical editor of "Guns and Ammo", did a great deal of testing with Mr. Juenke on the ICL line of catridges.
The cartridges closely resemble the older line of Ackley Improved catridges, and utilize minimum body taper and a 45 degree shoulder instead of the Ackley 28 or 40 degree.

The ICL case is a blown out 375 H&H with very sharp sholders and as straight as possible to get the maximan case capacity out of that brass. It may give you a little more capacity than a 375 Weatherby, but not a lot.
