What do you guys recommend for 250 - 300 yard shots for Nyala from a 375 H&H, the 235 grain ER Raptor or the 230 grain Safari ESP Raptor?

Ok standard 3.615" magazine length. Either of the two bullets you list will more than do the job; the ER Raptor will give a bit higher BC so I'd go with it.

Yes, just bought 600 bullets for the new 458 B&M that is getting built. Quite a discount.
