The sight base arrivied to day, that was fast. Too bad they sent the wrong one. They sent a long action base . Nicely made I hope they have have a short action in stock. A little study revieled that the ruger scout rifle bottom metal may work for this project and make for a detacable magazine, I am calling the factory tomarrow.  The base work's, it's a little long in back due to a slant in the ruger reciever, over all I am well pleased. The comb need to be a little higher to work perfect with the digsight. I am going to need to hit the gym that digsight addes a few pounds. Waiting on bottom metal to finish. The guy's at weigand are just great, I have never had better service, a little hicup at the start, but they had it straightend out with just a message left on the answer machine before the start of business the next day.
