What state,county,city department should I check with on the legality of owning night vision optics? Or is there a national website or something where I can check to see if my state is on the OK list?  | ||

As NV optics are sold in Hawaii, I don't know why it would be illegal to own them. Contact the State Attorney General. If you are thinking of hunting with NV, you may not hunt game birds or game mammals at night in Hawaii. Confirm this with your Dept. of Land & Natural Resources. George  | |||
