Obviously, several factors are at play, which also makes it obscure.

Defining "fascist" leads to exceptions of the perfect fit. So, fascist-like is better.

But the Dark Triad personality is defined good enough, and the fit is close to perfect re Trump. "Clever" can be inferred as imbedded in the words manipulative, determined, ruthless, etc.
