Based on that alone, I think the American Pope should canonize Charlie Kirk. Macabre topic but...Anybody that's hunted enough knows bullets do unpredictable things. It does seem odd that a 30.06 wouldn't have exited but it was a couple of hundred yards and it must have been a soft-point or ballistic tip? I shot a white-tail buck once through the neck with a .243 100 grain soft-point a few inches below his ear from about 80 yards because it was all I could see. The round entered and then turned and went straight down his neck and exited between his two front legs. | |||

Not many surgeons are regular hunters. I’ve seen more than a few bizzare results over the years. If they want to call his stopping the bullet a miracle, fine, that’s a matter of belief not science. I’m sorry he got shot, sorry he died, and sorry that so many folks seem to want to denigrate him in death. I didn’t watch or know him when he was alive. His death is a shame.

Based on the video I saw, I don't believe the bullet did not exit. But I think the focus should be on convicting and executing the perpetrator from here on out. I know, flame away, but we all know who did it. | |||
