Well, it wasn't Joe that did it.

And the two impeachments of Trump wasn't wrongful.

And the evidence wasn't falsified.

BTW, Jack Smith's evidence is real too.

You are correct, however, that malfeasance of the magnitude demonstrated by the GOP with their farce investigations, repeated accusations without evidence, farce censor, support of lies and new lies, could be deemed a constitutional crisis.

And furthermore, it is ongoing, especially considering project 2025 in que.

Are you familiar with the fact that most legal scholars believe circumstantial evidence is most often more reliable than direct evidence. And, I guess I need to ask if you know the difference in the two. Do you?

Three things: From another thread

1. Adam Schiff was censored by the House for lying about the facts in the first impeachment. Not Comer.
2. Comer and the liers referenced by you must be in a vast in conspiracy and even include Hunter, the FBI, God (because he created time and therefore a timeline of payments contemporary with the GOP’s lies), the New York Times, foreign governments and oligarchs (who paid money and sent diamonds, in your mind, I guess, for no reason), cell phone companies and internet providers, Air Force personally who, at Joes direction , carted Hunter to the CCP agents, dozens of banks, various secretaries of U S states (corporate filings, banks who reported 130+ suspicious activity, IRS and other federal whistle blowers, former business partners, whomever took the pictures with Joe, Hunter and co-conspirators (that Joe said never happened)… etc..
3. I’ll give you credit. You had me going there for a while that you actually believed in version two of Hillary’s vast right wing conspiracy. You quite obviously have way too much sense for that.

A short primer.

If you know what circumstantial evidence is and its value in a fact finding in a criminal trial, I give up and now know that TDS demands that all the Trump loving conspirators I listed were in cahoots with Comer and each other. They had to be…. Or just maybe the overwhelming evidence (some circumstantial, some direct but all admissible), has a more logical explanation and that’s that Joe and family are crooks. Oh yeah, send a referral to the DOJ. Try Joe the same day Garland tries himself on his criminal contempt of Congress.

Actually, Joe destroyed himself ( with his wife’s encouragement) in the debate. Why bother.

The Republican impeachment probe ends the way it began: with nothing
Story by Philip Bump • 2h • 7 min read

Conclusion:

If House leaders believed that Joe Biden deserved to be impeached over his son’s and brother’s business deals, they would impeach Joe Biden. Instead, having failed to convince even other Republicans of Biden’s culpability — and, critically, with Biden set to retire — they’ve just released their overheated report on the first day of the Democratic convention in a last-ditch effort to wring some political utility out of it.

History will not record that Comer and Jordan helped protect the American public from nefarious activity. It will, instead, remember this effort as a failed, ultimately useless attempt to protect the Republican Party and the electoral prospects of Donald Trump.

===========================================

The GOP abuses their investigative powers regularly for political gain. IOW malfeasance, and disservice of TP money, and squandering public trust in them and the institution they represent.

The real reason Adam Schiff was censored was the GOP abided Trump's request, and as cover for their own lies.

Here's over 800 pages of Truth, which Schiff played a large part in:

Jan 6 Select Committee Final Report

Appendix 3 is especially informative. THE BIG RIP-OFF: FOLLOW THE MONEY

This is especially something they don't want their supporters to realize and believe as true.

lie, lie, lie - to cover for lies.

You do have to appreciate the loyalty of the GOP. Not, lying, cheating, philandering, attempted theft of a presidential election or felony convictions could shake their devotion to their dear leader.

It does make you wonder.

Lane,
Quoting Marianne Williamson? I mean really??? Talk about bat shit crazy, that one is treading on MTG territory. Off her rocker.

Gotta keep the morals flexible Wink

I find it interesting that you are concerned with the integrity of our democratic process now, but when Trump was trying to steal 2020 that really was not a priority.

Interesting rational to say the least 2020
