You claim that our country degenerated because medical professionals and others started recognizing the reality that some people have gender identities that are incongruent or inconsistent with their biological or physical gender? Thus, it became necessary and appropriate for a president to declare that gender IDs that don't match biology are nullified. It's unclear as to whether such persons are also nullified, but apparently the flock will handle that by inference, since the good of the country depends on the exec. declaration and the vigil gender police, like yourself and others in this thread.

There are two genders, but in very rare cases, the two may be mixed and the manifestation is physical. There are also cases where gender identity is psychological. This is also much less common than we are being led to believe. In the mad rush to accommodate a rare condition, our society has chosen to ignore the rights of women to accommodate the wishes of men playing dress-up.

Along the lines of you have every right to live how you chose, and if that includes living and behaving as the opposite gender does, then so be it. But the gender you were born with is a legitimate descriptor for others to recognise, and you will stay in that field when it comes to things like sports, incarceration, toilet use etc.

So, now we have the Government declaration of binary gender in order to protect these poor confused teens from themselves and cover for their parent's failures and that of the school system too.

Yep, we protect children from themselves and those who wish to abuse them in multiple ways: sexual abuses and statutory rape laws, cruelty to children laws, child abandonment laws, truancy laws, child support laws…. I read that Trump plans to cut Medicare to make up for the tax breaks for the oligarchs, but that's another topic.

So, make binary gender a law and make it part of the DFCS mission to administer. That's a good reason for Trump to not eliminate DFCS altogether. Or force it in the curriculum of public schools in order to get funding.

It was never that way in the United States, no matter how good a black man was at his job he was always less than any white man, although slightly better off than a black woman. An openly gay person was even further down the ladder regardless of how well they did their job. All "DEI" ever did was attempt to level the playing field so we had an actual meritocracy, where the "best for the job" applied instead of "the best white man for the job".
