As far as the Kennedy Center goes, it could be burlesque in the front, bawdy house in the back - kind of an Epstein-like facility, with giant statues of Melania in the nude modelled off her famous airplane pics. Donald et al could merchandise tuna scented pussy key chains in the gift shop, so their faithful would always have something to grab.

It could work. I’m sure the MAGAts would see it as a sort of Mecca for the depraved and brainwashed. It might be kind of hard to get the smell out of it in a post-Trump era, but I suppose they could always fumigate or just build a new one.
