I think Cannon finally decided she wants the 5th Circuit to remove her from the case and chose this way to get it.

The appointment letter clearly cited the Attorney General's explicit authority to make the appointment.

The same authority to appoint Hur.

They've already had to reverse her dumb ass on this case and weren't happy about it.

How do you let a Judge keep a case after she dismisses it for spurious reasons? Her bias is explicit.

Yes

Because following the law and the constitution is BAD.

Sorry her rulings hurt you fee fee’s.

I would have it look at her work as a whole and her ruling but just because she hurt your feeling with a ruling not a disbarment from the Court.

Have you ever noticed that all the left does is tell you how bad Trumpnia and how he will be come a dictator but they never manage to either build their candidate up nor promulgate ther policies and what they are going to do to make the country better.

That is truly expertise in Tue politics of personal destruction.

Garland on special counsel appointment ruling: ‘Do I look like someone who would make that basic mistake about the law?’
Story by Dan Berman and Hannah Rabinowitz, CNN • 17h • 2 min read

No he is not. However, one Supreme Court Justice had already said the precedent the Special Counsel was appointed under is unconstitutional.

This S.Ct., has been very reckless and overturned more major precedents than any in our lifetimes. What is one more.

Judge Cannon just copied and pasted Justice Thomas concurrence where Justice Thomas brought up this issue.

In conclusion, Trump already has one vote. He just needs 4 more. The narrative will be in the general public mind and great critical thinkers that AG unconstitutionally empowered a Special Prosecutor to go Trump hunting. No, what that scenario is, is a reckless S. Ct., disregarded over 40 years of precedent that has long been relied upon by the Federal Courts and DOJ to throw Trump a life line. This assumes Trump gets 4 more votes.

Folks Right and Left had better recognize how much insulation the Head of the executive branch is on the verge of accumulating through a S. Ct., majority that refuses to follow caselaw anchored in the principle no branch and no man is superior.

Hey, maybe Trump won’t find 4 votes to overturn controlling precedent on appointment of Special Counsel. The trend has not been that way.

I have provided the controlling case previously.

I wonder if the Gov of NY will pardon Trump?

Thanks for clearing that up.

It's true that Justice Thomas gave Cannon the blueprint for her dismissal. That was his intent with his dissent opinion.

There are several "seed" cases making their way to SCOTUS. One for example of the ten-commandment thing out of OK and elsewhere. They want it to be challenged in court, appealed, etc. Texas is a hotbed for "bait" cases to run appeal all the way to SCOTUS.

This is all consistent with the coordinated game plans fomented for many years, even before Reagan, moral majority, etc. Federalist Society, Heritage Foundation, and many more rightist orgs are winning the culture and ideological war.

Trump tries to deny or whitewash it, but he a psycho liar and a slick con artist. The whole GOP is on-board, yet try to keep it under the table. An occasional slip-up or dog whistle is a clue, except the clueless.

Judge sets court date for Trump election interference case
Story by Naomi Lim, Washington Examiner • 5h • 2 min read

Former President Donald Trump's federal election interference case is back in action, with U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan setting a date for a status conference.

The D.C.-based federal judge has asked that attorneys for Trump and the government appear in court on Aug. 16 so they can prepare for the case to go to trial now that she has "regained jurisdiction" over United States v. Trump. Chutkan had paused proceedings last December pending Trump's appeals regarding presidential immunity.

"By August 9, 2024, the parties shall confer and file a status report that proposes, jointly to the extent possible, a schedule for pretrial proceedings moving forward," Chutkan wrote Saturday in a one-page order.
Trump is not required to be present on Aug. 16, she added.

Not saying that at all

What I am saying is that they have been so busy denying their democratic constituents a choice while crowning a Queen that so far I haven’t seen any policy other than Trump bad and we are taking the guns.

And because of that immunity decision it’s likely going nowhere. However because she’s a left winger and doing her masters bidding she will draw it all out through election season for the adverse publicity.

The left doesn’t even to try and hide it anymore.

I'm wondering if that's an example of doublethink? (1984)

That's holding two (or more in your case) contradictory ideas and believing both (or all) are true.

You are truly gifted with the doublethink, but at the same time you believe lies as well.

I use the word "gifted" in a kind way, but you know what I mean, given your extraordinary abilities with thought, words and syntax and all.

holy hyperbole batman --

which part of the second statement is untrue? Do you deny biden has had two aneurysms (documented fact) or that he's had two brain surgeries (documented fact) or that he's in profound mental decline (watch the debate for a concentrated series of examples) or are you denying that up-to-the-last-moment-before-he-pulled-out-of-the-campaign-that-the-dems-where-covering-for-him? (too many examples to bother to document) ..

OH OH OH, mr kotter, perhaps your are denying that the DNC members KNEW, or where covering up?

He won’t because he can’t.

I think you are right about him getting a Dopamine hit every time he posts.

He up his post count and it makes him feel important.

Trump proved that wrong.

It's not how long the Big Lie is told, it's how long true believers believe it.

Have you ever noticed that all the left does is tell you how bad Trumpnia and how he will be come a dictator but they never manage to either build their candidate up nor promulgate ther policies and what they are going to do to make the country better.

That is truly expertise in Tue politics of personal destruction.

Yes! Yes I have!!!!

They got nothing, nothing at all......

Biden tries to deny or whitewash it, but he's had two brain aneurysms and brain surgeries and is in profound mental decline. The whole DNC is on-board, yet try to keep it under the table. An occasional slip-up, fall down, verbal gaff, or dog whistle is a clue, except the clueless.

which part of the second statement is untrue? Do you deny biden has had two aneurysms (documented fact) or that he's had two brain surgeries (documented fact) or that he's in profound mental decline (watch the debate for a concentrated series of examples) or are you denying that up-to-the-last-moment-before-he-pulled-out-of-the-campaign-that-the-dems-where-covering-for-him? (too many examples to bother to document)

https://wapo.st/4ddwiRx

Biden once nearly died of an aneurysm. Risky surgery changed his life.
Decades ago, Biden’s condition was misdiagnosed as a pinched nerve. His survival helps explain the 81-year-old’s motivations today.

Joe Biden awoke suddenly in his hotel room, curled up on the floor and fully clothed, and felt an electric surge inside his head, “a rip of pain like I never felt before,” as he later recalled. It was 4:10 a.m. on a winter day in 1988 .

Although I didn't know, apparently it was common knowledge. He served for many years after the surgeries.

The part you are lying about starts after the word "yet" in your post.

And, you assert, "with 100% equal truth", that the surgeries many years ago are directly associated with his decline at age 81. You don't know that and his medical records do not affirm that. Quite the opposite, actually.

The part of my post that you copied and parodied is true, backed up by lots of evidence.

Do I need to bother to dig up Nancy and Joe saying he's sharp and ready to go? That they defended him till the end? Blatantly white washing biden gross (that means big or large) obvious decline?

Sir, look into life with both eyes open. Even if it gets you out of your comfort zone..

You know, there seems to be a tend about you not knowing the obvious. This is correctable.. stop reading hard left mediA. You don't have to go right, but stop believing the BS when your eyes tell you different

Heck, did you watch the debate? You don't even need to watch the whole thing, just buden walking in.. do you think he looks well? Joe doesn't

The article I posted above was from WaPo.

I wasn't aware of Biden's surgery years ago because it didn't matter in the context of today.

Nancy and Joe saying he's sharp and ready to go is not evidence of a cover up of the scale you claimed.

Yes, I watched the debate. What did that have anything to do with your claim about surgery back in 1988?

Below is my initial post to give context to my statement that you parodied, out of context. In the last paragraph I'm referring to project 2025.

You nor Jeffee are on ignore

The XXX is an attempt to lightly separate the stuff after the main post content.
