Not quite. The USSR, Germany, France, (and if Naki has it right about Churchill and the Bengal famine) UK, China, Japan, and DPRK all have more blood on their hands that the US. Pol Pot might also. You do have a point that we tend to intervene militarily in other lands, but that is mainly due to our experiences in WWI and WWII. We are trying to prevent worse bloodshed that will get us involved later. Are we right? I doubt it all the time. Oh, and Agent Orange is probably killing more Americans than Vietnamese now.
