Remember, half of any discrete population is of below-average intelligence, and they vote Republican.

Trump has still never gotten a majority of the popular vote or an approval rating over 50%.

Like all those Mexicans you used in your subcontracts, right Jim? And made of ton of money as a result.

Nobody here understands your hypocrisy but you and I know, right?

Sack of hypocritical shit.

Weak lil mikey, very weak......

Lashing out like a baby..... But coming from a lawyer its to be expected....

It's true and you know it as evidenced by your failure to respond in any meaningful way. You're a shitbird hypocrite who made his living working on Texas construction sites filled with illegal workers and now you come on here and act all outraged about illegal workers.

Turd.

I've explained it to you personally several times dumbass...you know it. I have worked on job sites where there were illegals. I thoroughly enjoyed calling ICE, hell sometimes they even showed up. I only worked licensed electricians, didnt use subcontractors. Dipshit I wasn't in the residential market.

Go chase an ambulance or something.....

It is Congress’ job to do. The fact one may not like the job they are doing does not give DOGE/Musk the power of the purse.

Same if it were a Dem Administration doing this.

Nor does he have the power of the purse knucklehead.....

All he can do is make recommendations.....

Sending employees severance packages is not making recommendations.

So
? Did the severance packages come from spaces or tesla? Where they signed by soon himself?????

Or did he maybe make a recommendation that someone who had the authority to issue severance packages took?????

I thought you thought you were smarter than that Wink

The civil servant merit system does not give an administration the power to fire folks.
Thus, any “recommendation” or severance is not enforceable unless the Administration wants to ignore those federal protections passed by Congress. Here we are.

An Administration are “recommendation” of DOGA sending out severance and threatening terminations of civil servants against federal law passed by Congress.

Even a firing for cause requires 30 day notice in writing and an opportunity to challenge.
Federal employees who are fired generally have the right to appeal the decision through the appropriate administrative process, such as the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) or the agency’s internal appeals process. The procedures for appeals are outlined in 5 U.S.C. Chapter 77 and MSPB regulations.

DOGE to make any “recommendations” on the termination of Federal employees is not appropriate and contrary to federal law.

The federal government is not like a business in an at will employment state. These civil servants cannot be targeted for firing, severance, nor removal just because the President changed.

Congress has made that illegal.

I honestly believe Musk and President Trump do not understand this. A massive federal class action if folks forced out of their jobs might smarten some folks up.

Trump and his allies, with Musk as the main one, are running the American economy into the ground. Why? So they can buy assets for cheap. Musk will receive his huge Tesla bonus before that happens, so will have lots of cash, and unique insight into acquiring all these assets.

Tariffs? Each tariff will hurt both countries. The tariffs for Canada will hurt Canada and the US, tariffs for China will hurt China and the US, tariffs for Mexico will hurt Mexico and the US. Accumulatively the US is the country hurt most by all those tariffs. No wonder large investment funds are shorting on the US economy.

Lying sack of shit. If you called ICE on any framing or roofing crew working on any construction site in the DFW area, your framing wouldn't happen and the roof would never get put on. Just think how happy that would make your GC.

Hypocritical lying dumbass.

it is difficult for outsiders to see the difference between alberta and ontario lol but at the enn the contract is still good and will run at least for another month... it was only impacting 15 000 people ... and during the election time ford might need all of them to keep the job ...

Trump won a simple majority. That is not debatable. The attempt to make it look like less than a language is not advocacy that will move folks to abandon Trump. It just moves them more to Trump.

There is no substance in this critique. The fact Trump won a simple majority of the popular vote means little. He won all the battle ground states by 1-1million votes is irrelevant. What matters is he won them and why?

Only by understanding and addressing the why can it be reversed in elections to come.

Trump and the Rs will overplay, and do some of the work for Dems.

If your practice is doing so poorly that expensing a dictionary would be a strain they are available online:

I see we have greatly over-estimated you, in several areas - including your susceptibility for propaganda

there was NO "plurality" in the 2024 Election, as "national popular vote" has no meaning under the constitution -
The actual vote determining the president was 312-226 - almost a 2/3 majority, fifi

The CONSTITUTION calls for Electors to vote for the president

quote:
The Electoral College decides who will be elected president and vice president of the U.S. Learn who is involved and how the process works.

Here, this site explains it in 4th grade terms - let me know if you need any help with understanding it
https://www.usa.gov/electoral-college

or, if you have your dictionary handy, you could TRY tackling the text of the 12th amendment -- good luck, tiger, you can ....eventually.... do it
