Well, we just had a BBQ for a few friends here this evening. Both fillet and ribeye were presented. Ribeye won hands down! ![]()

Interesting responses. Around here locally, some are all about wagu beef. Others, have gone the other way, and want less fat. We cross our angus with a dual purpose breed, or even holstein. Still a good eating, fast growing animal with less fat. Many are doing the same, as it's what people want. I'm like elkhunter. I eat deer, moose and young bear. Chicken, turkey and maybe porkloin on the grill. Fattier meats just sit heavy on my stomach.
