Then why issue arrest warrants? You think it is a good idea? Positive step forward? Jeff.

No positive will come from this. They runaways will come home after a couple days, just like 2021. The charges will be dismissed and the same thing will happen in a couple weeks that would have happened had they not run away. That dems piss on their duty to represent their voters and prevent the voices of the other 70% of texans is despicable. The outcome is inevitable

I'm sure Lane will be voting for Paxton. He's a securities cheat, a liar, he screws around on his wife, etc etc etc. All the things that qualify republicans to be electable these days.

If you are talking about as far as being a crook, you are correct. Paxton is a bonafide criminal, but taking kickbacks, corruption, security fraud, are just terms of endearment for MAGA dupes in Texas.

MAGA always protects MAGA https://www.kut.org/politics/2...xas-attorney-general It wouldn't matter if it was a pedophile or a serial killer. They circle the wagons.

I wonder if Paxton is a pedophile too? That would check all the boxes for Lane in relation to a candidate to support.

I can’t say I know Paxton personally…but I have met him. I don’t have anything against him personally and his politics are good.

I am good friends with the attorney that got rid of all the legal BS over in Collin County.

As I said earlier…the best thing Paxton has going for him is that he ain’t Cornyn and 100% I intend to vote for him as US Senatorial candidate. tu2

Other than hypocrisy of condemning trans and gay folks while engaging in literal biblical fornication, I don not care who Paxton has sex with.

I do care about his illegal actions as AG.

The only thing good that I can see about Paxton becoming a senator is that he could be subject to federal criminal prosecution, and if he's a lawyer, subject to losing his license.

We know he's corrupt to the core, and he won't stop. It will catch up with him, hopefully. There is a lot of karma on backlog.

I heard a quote attributed to President Truman I could never verify, “ How can I trust the country to a man who I cannot trust to be faithful to his wife.”

Again, my problem w folks like Paxton and those who support him is not that they have affairs. My problem is they seek to destroy those they dislike as amoral, sexual sinners through the powder of the state.

They are the worst social scum. Gag at gnats while choking on camels.

Do you have any evidence that most of them cheated on their wives?

Can you name any of them who cheated as blithely and openly as Trump did?

Can you name one who was elected after his affairs were known to the public? Granted, this factor goes to the character of his voters as much as his.

Your rationalization is another sign of the deterioration of the morality and principles of we the people.

Trump's record would have outraged your parents and grandparents.
