Nothing like giving up your best negotiating point before the negotiations begin.

Rubio failed to identify any Russian concession that is being considered. He did say:

“I can assure you this, we will not be providing military aid to the Russians,” Mr. Rubio said.

So, there's that, thank goodness. homer
