That's kinda funny.  They were damaged goods to start with. That was their qualifying factor to get the job in the first place. Only the damaged and wounded and hollowed out, with a grudge need apply. Think about this: They knew they were damaged goods. Just like so many before them, they saw Trump's umbrella as redemption, perhaps vindication, and a path to "normal". Most were thrown under the bus, lost their law licenses, or other certifications, subject to civil and criminal prosecutions, pardoned, yet they keep coming and never learn.
