A judge would have to sign off on a search warrant but none of the evidence produced to the judge would be subject to challenge by Bolton or counsel for Bolton since they wouldn't even know about the application for the warrant. The FBI can say whatever they want in order to obtain the warrant. The whole thing stinks. trump has his DOJ going after Bolton because Bolton has been criticizing trump in the media. He's using the DOJ to intimidate his political enemies. trump is a cancer on our country. | |||

I don't know what you mean hypocrisy? Is it not true that one of Trump's campaign promises was retribution? Is it not true that Patel has a hit list, and that in part was why Trump anointed him? Is it not true that Trump is actively perusing his retribution list, such as Jack Smith, and firing all those involved in his own self-deemed persecution, etc.? Why is it hypocrisy when we see with our own lying eyes his retribution binge, keeping his promises to his cult? Of course, we don't have knowledge of what was presented to the judge who granted the search. Nor do we know if they "found" anything worthy to present to a grand jury. But, IMO, this whole regime is SO corrupt that the probability of them planting something and call it "found" is certain.
