Votes were harvested in 2020 in a legal fashion by NGOs. Ballot verification in 2020 was a joke. In most cases they just didn’t and the courts were ok with that. There were even instances of more votes than registered voters. Well, the Rs did it first to get Fed Court judges like Cannon appointed. It is not a crime against the Constitution to end the filibuster. It is a Senate rule made by the Senate. The Constitution does not mandate nor mention the filibuster. I am of two minds on it, and I do not know how I would vote on the issue if I were in the Senate. There is a difference w a distinction to object to legislation. That is debate and voting in legislation. The Filibuster amounts to a minority veto not found in the Constitution. | |||

The cases were not just dismissed for lack of evidence. The pleadings were so bad, the lawyers were sanctioned, disbarred, charged, and convicted due to their participation in the Big Lie in bringing these actions. AZ also had an GOP governor.
