many countries in europe were charging homes based on the number of windows ...

btw which taxes are the best? i imagine tariffs is good lol

I mean o think he has negative consequences of reducing the value of homes. Folks build homes of lesser value to avoid date bedroom tax. This reduces their overall wealth (potentially), and does reduce tax base.

A better way would be to earn mark x percentage of property tax to building king term and staffed housing.
