LHeym500I mean o think he has negative consequences of reducing the value of homes. Folks build homes of lesser value to avoid date bedroom tax. This reduces their overall wealth (potentially), and does reduce tax base.
A better way would be to earn mark x percentage of property tax to building king term and staffed housing.
