What does “… under the authority” mean. The Senate proponent of the Amendment said in a speech to the Senate that birthright citizenship for all was never the intent of the law. Then, does “under the authority “ mean legally here or just within the boundaries. Every state requires a period of residency for a plaintiff to have standing to bring a Divorce action. Is the mother’s illegal presence sufficient to acquire status to invoke the birthright? It ain’t a slam dunk.

I think the right exist but it all depends on how the original intent theory and definition of “under the authority” are applied, if at all.

Bullshit. Trump has already shown he has no regard for the law. For example, see his EO on birthright citizenship, which violates the Constitution.

Go read the Amendment again, "Judge", it says "jurisdiction", not "authority", meaning anyone who is here and can be prosecuted by a U.S. court, ie. does not have diplomatic or some other immunity.

Stick to your white hoods and robes and burning. Crossed down there in Cornhole County Klucker.

Your knowledge of the constitution and the law are worse than a 3rd graders.

Yet you don't even attempt to point out what I'm wrong about.

A rare wise choice from you.

That’s about the response I expected from the educational system of Cornhole Clunry.

You couldn’t hold a candle to me intellectually BOY.

Now run off a burn a cross or something Klegle while adults talk.

Outside of a few metropolitan areas…the country is with Trump. The rank and file military is with Trump. The purge of these woke generals is a good thing.

Pete is doing an outstanding job. The capabilities of these woke idiots is highly overrated by TW.

I'll be ok. Maybe. Between Donald Trump and Gavin Newsom, I'm not sure which is worse.

Thomas Sowell made the point that knowledge and wisdom are dispersed, and central planning has inherent disadvantages. It is best to stand clear of authoritarian leaders with know-it-all syndrome.

Lane I do not agree with you on this point. I talk to a lot of people and the OJ people fully think everyone is with them and OJ. The Democrats are fully against OJ and Muskrat. The independent and middle of the road people are starting to have major doubts about OJ and Musrat. These are people who voted for him and are starting to think they goofed up. If things continue the way they are I suspect a BIG bunch of the independents are going to swing to the democrats going forward. I see the pendulum starting to swing the democrats way now.

Nearly every county in the country shifted right by a large margin... even the blue hills of major metros... even commiefornia by 2 million votes v 2020.. 9 percentage shift there to the right. New York state also had a huge shift

Say, where did those 7.5 million dnc voters go from 2020 to 2024? Weird huh? Were they just too racist and sexist to vote for quemala?

I do not argue with you that it did shift right during the election, however, what I am seeing is people that did vote for Trump are starting to second guess their vote. I am hearing a lot of people who I know personally literally say "Damn I can't believe I voted for that man". Like I said I think the winds are starting to shift the other way now. They are not there yet but they are starting.

I don’t care why they are thinking today.

I want to know what they are thinking in about 22 month before the next election.

You know when they are more prosperous, have less regulation by the nanny state and the crime rate is down.

Well sir…you are entitled to your opinion for sure. However, I will remind you how wrong you were just a few months ago on DJT and Tester.

That said…I can only speak to TX and OK where I talk to the public all day everyday. People here are ecstatic. There are 3 electric billboards along the junction of US 82 and I 35 in Gainesville in which every other marquee that comes up is a Thank you to Trump.

In deep south Texas along the Rio Grande…they may erect statues commemorating the end of the invasion.

For the first time in 4 years you can spend the night on my ranch down there and feel safe.

And while you have the right to claim expertise in Montana…I am skeptical that it is not similar.

Well, Montana is sort of at peril from all the murdering, raping Canadians that are flooding across the northern border, every one carrying a backpack loaded with …what’s that stuff again? …oh yeah, fentanyl. Roll Eyes

196 pounds come in, one pound goes out, and we’re the source of all the U.S.’s drug and crime problems. I guess President Krasnov better come and teach us how to live right. Maybe he’ll give us lessons on the benefits of cocaine and Adderall instead.

Well. Back to the loading bench. wave

I have an upcoming trip to Amat soon.

I’ll let you know my unscientific poll results.

I am betting I get 2 overwhelming results.

1. Massive support to DJT.

2. That Tue left
Coasters need to go back to the cesspool the created and take their politics with them

Of course you will find that 2nd result in every state from UT and ID all the
Way to the Mississippi River.

Dream on, your honor. Birth-right citizenship isn't even remotely legally questionable under the current state of the law.

I would think a judge would know that....I mean, you can dream and hope that trump's appointments will vitiate it but if you read the cases, it is a slam dunk.

Kinda like Roe v Wade.....
