Simple question: How did the term bucket list come to be?? I've never heard it until that movie came out but then, I don't get out much.

MMMAs I understand it, it is just a list of places you want to visit and things you want to experience before you kick the bucket.

wasbeemanAha, "kick the bucket". I think that explains it. I knew it was a list of stuff to do and places to go but I didn't know why it was a "bucket" list.
Thx

SGraves155I try to keep at least one thing left on my bucket list. Right now it's getting to hunt in a tropical rain forest, and I'm going this spring to Belize. Don't know what to replace it with. Maybe an ibex hunt in the Gobi out of yerts.
It's like keeping "one good hit" left inside you, like John Madden used to say. You need at least one thing you still want to do before you die.

No, living in Sea will only make it seem longer.
