You should talk to Ron Newman (Widowmaker 416) from the forums here. I know he hand makes the forms for small animals. He may do that for an otter. ~Ann   | |||

You have a couple of NTA Award of Excellence caliber taxidermists in Washington, but I'm not sure how close they are. Scott Brewer is in Spokane and John Cook is in North Bend. These guys are top of the line artisans. RETIRED Taxidermist | |||
