You really are a funny person. You make claims you cannot verify.

You have demonstrated on a continual basis that you have some form of emotional problem directed toward MOA Tactical that you do not have the nuts to explain.

You make claims about what I have done or not done that you cannot prove one way or the other, so shut up or present your evidence. The choice is yours.

MOA:
On 200 acres, you should be able to keep resident deer near. They are going to need a substantial food source and WATER. Water and food are the mainstays for keeping game animals around on your property. Have enough of each and they won’t travel far.

I watched a young 10 point grow until he was four years old close to where I had a large food plot with a water trough near. Never saw him roam too far away. I knew when he was four he was carrying a 160 inch frame and was looking forward to the next year. When I went back to the ranch in April to take some feed, one the ranch hands showed his antlers to me along with a 174” twelve that a mt. lion had killed. The young deer in question did score 162. Had never seen the big 12, I suppose he was nocturnal.

Swifter thanks for the information. I suppose it is much like stated earlier, the important part is having small neighbors, lots of good food and water, and keeping predators in check.

Go phuck yourself you dim-witted POS. Ity took you 10 days to clome up wkith this???? You do not know one damn thing about me and all your accusations do is show what a bottom feeder you are.

You are a stupid assed piece of trash, and that is all you will ever be. You are a total waste of space. You cannot prove ANYTHING you have stated, And You Know It.

Take your piety/pompousness and self righteousness and blow them out your ass you dumd bastard.

Start PROVING your accusations about ANYONE and someone may listen. As it is all you are doing is showing what a meaningless little piece of trash you really are.

Grow Up/Die or Go Straight To Hell, take your pick.

Hope you had a good hunt. Any pictures to post?

Point is, you have clearly and continually shown that you have some sort of problem with MOA.

I do not know the person from a hole in the ground and the same is true concerning you.

You seem to have a Personal problem with MOA, but not everyone else does. My beef with you started out over your attitude and comments toward someone that was just asking questions.

You started making accusations about me that you have no way of proving/verifying, and I retaliated, nothing has changed on that front.

Either prove your claims or STFU, real simple!

Already own a place, don't need two.

Moose hunt is still in the planning stages. I have not died yet so the possibility is still there.

I am still working part time, drawing a well deserved pension after 25 years of employment and am not dealing with poverty.

All you have done is prove you do not know one actual thing about me, so the best you can do is make baseless accusations.

You are really an important person aren't you.

Actually you are a pathertic, self important jerk that can only make accusations that he has no way of verifying.

WSJ had a good story about USDA loans. If you default on your loan, they will take you to the cleaners. Even if you live in a state that is non-recourse, the USDA can come after you if you "walk away."

Anyone who pursues a USDA loan needs to be well aware of the rules.
