You are reading it correct subject to the list of reamers he shows. Others are a slightly higher cost. His reamers are pretty much std. Don't expect for example to have a custom throat. I've purchased several short chambered barrels from him and have been very happy. The install doesn't do any action work and the barrel comes with a recessed crown.
