been moving stuff, one box at a time, into the new shop and found two hundred rounds of 6.5x68Schuler brass I had "misplaced" about four years ago. I think that is a sign from Heaven that I need to build one. A guy should have a good plains game rifle, and the engraved floor plate and DST's I got from Bertram in February are sitting here looking at me.

I´ve been thinking about this round myself. I guess this one is a real screamer?

I passed one up, my foot hurts from kicking myself! It had the dies and brass. The only draw back being it was built on a Mark V. A good 'ol 98 may have found it's way into my safe.

It moves right along.

Be sure to check the twist rate on any rifle you buy.

homo cretinus,

You can take people out of their mean spirited home and upbringing, but you can't always exorcise their personal demons and make them act like civilized human beings. Were you molested by your uncles or grandfather as a child? Is that why you make these pathetic displays, in order to be noticed? I was a counselor for the Idaho Youth Ranch for a couple years while I was in college. You remind me an awful lot of a few of them. They had nothing to add to any discussion but were always poised to spew venom at anyone else who was not letter perfect in their comments. One of them is sitting on death row now for sodomizing and then strangling his girlfriend's six month old baby. He was aggravated that she had an affair with another guy while he was in prison for L&L with her while whe was 14.

Keep on posting junior, maybe we can get you to VG status shortly.
I hope they can find you a medication that takes the bent to your life out before somebody kills you.

.366 Torque,

yeah, it's scary taking eight years of "piled here and there" and setting cabinets and cupboards in place and filling them up by category. "She Who Must Be Obeyed" is even threatening to make labels for the doors so I can find everything in mere minutes.

Bartsche,

I think he has some sort of weird obsession with having things in order...what's up with that? Of course I also found a box with the 22-378WBee/AI reamers we been talking about, and my 257 Banshee, the necked-down, blown-out, sharp-shouldered wildcat I did on the 6.5x68Schuler. The 22-284 reamers were there too, and I even found a fluted 22-284 barrel I had Lilja build and flute, the Wheatstone Bridge theory that you may recall...?

There are guys like that, my buddy Gene has one of those reloading sheds, with EVERYTHING in it's designated place, and clean enough to eat off of the floor or benches. He'll even use the Dillon Spray-on-lube to lube cases and then put it back in the cabinet before he lubes/sizes the brass.

Take care, I got cupboards to hang and cabinets to set.

richee, richee, richee, Your "tone" seems to be a bit negative, abrasive and not in harmony with the Board. Making personal death threats to someone you don't know seems to fit your persona rather well though.

or sell the brass and use the dough to make a 6.5-300 h+h...

that would feed like throwing a hotdog down the hallway

yes it has a belt but the classy design and sli-i-i-ick feeding would make up for it...

not a death threat...you might pray for that to end the suffering...but I would not allow you that.

We'd just have a little close order drill is all...I'm sure a tough boy like you would just lap that up... the chance to run more than your mouth.

regards, and hoping (against hope) to meet you face to face someday.
