Thanks to AR member Fumbler, I now have a new set of grips for my SRH in .475 Linebaugh. He posted some photos on another thread, but I took some pics of the old Hogue monogrip alongside the new Hogue Tamer monogrips. Big difference in feel! They fill the hand more and have urethane padding where the grip sits in the web of your hand. Will find out this weekend how they feel (my hand needs a few days of recovery!). Thanks, Fumbler! Big Grin

This first one shows the Tamer on the left and the old monogrip on the right:

This photo shows how much thicker the Tamers are:

Lastly, the blue urethane pad can be seen looking into the grip:

How much trigger reach did this grip affect? As I have a smaller hand, it would make all the diff in the world.

475 -- they don't seem to be any bigger than the factory offerings, they're just softer in spots and they are contoured, which I really like.

Well, I shot 25 full-house .475 loads today at the range and am happy to report that the new grips staved off fatigue better than the previous two sets. The web of my hand didn't take the beating that it has taken in previous iterations. $19.00 well spent........
