Sounds good, but the reason I hunt with a revolver is to get within 50 yrds of the animal. Now we have another 200 yd revolver from SW. I'm all for what ever keeps the shooting companies in buisness, but how many guys will put in the time and money to become 200 yd revolver shooters. It will require a scope to maximize the capability and now your up to a lightweight 308 in weight and you lose the handiness of a PPP, ( perfect packin' pistol )..............JJ

i think these gummy bullets are good for long distance target shooting...hunting is for me getting as close as possible in most cases over 100 yards is not hunting but this thread is not about that...the good thing is to see these guns and bullets getting more versatile

now can they do this for the 480 ruger and 470 linebaugh!

If i am just wondering around or fishing I carry my S&W 500 4in model. The 329 PD if I am in an area not known for a lot of brown bears. Unless I am specifically handgun hunting I carry a rifle and leave the baggage at home. I have shot mature moose and blacktail deer with revolvers in Alaska and hope to soon shoot a cairbou with a handgun.
