Does anyone have a new unopened 1lb cannister of Reloader 17 they would sell for an exorbitant price? I am at a complete stop on several loads and RL 17 has been the powder on all three. Contact me if you want to make an obscene profit. Thank you. MMP

Where are you located? I have a pound or two of RL17 I'd give to someone. I don't load anything with it.

I'm in Huntsville, TX. 70 North of Houston on I-45. I can pay for shipping and I have someone with an FFL to receive it if that works for anyone. Just let me know. MMP

Individuals cannot ship powder. It requires that the shipper have a hazmat shipping permit (although it can be shipped to a non-hazmat holder).

Don't ever say CAN'T.

Might be illegal to do so but: CAN'T?

That's just a challenge and gamble.

John, nice analogy but a bit out of realism, hell, you could put half a dozen Englands here + have room to spare. Wink

Oh, nooooo, a half-dozen Englands trying to take Texans' pocket knives away. It is just too mortifying to contemplate!

Anyone that ships powder without a Hazmat certification is an idiot; penalties start at around 80k and go up from there.

Here it is, but not cheap (about 930 USD per 10 kg drum).

Hope situation will get better, but...

Take your powder to a FFL holder and he can ship it to your FFL holder or direct to you... but you have to pay a hazmat so it cost a good bit say about $60 a pound. I just purchased 2 pounds of 760 and 2 lbs of H380 from Brownells...Folks tend to get perinoid these days and don't understand the law..You as an individual can ship ammo in the US with a simple ORD small arms shipment tag on the box, no need for anything else, and UPS will give you those free..
