To report this in this day and age of big business happily amazes me!

The Head Honcho Manager of Sportsman's here in Albuquerque just called me to discuss the rule they had in place that caused the fracas...

He said he received my email from the website and discussed the situation with the corporate headquarters in Utah.

They agreed that the rule is silly and immediately took action to eliminate it.

Effective immediately in all Sportsman's Warehouse stores around the country there is no such rule in place and you can buy the amount of powder you actually need!

I thanked him much and complimented him and his company on such excellent, speedy customer service!

Quite refreshing I must say in this day and age....

Very well done from your side and a company which apparently listens to their customers.

Thank you, thank you very much......

I went to a psychic once, to warn her.....

I've never needed lip balm.....

My "to do" lists have won Pulitzers.....

If I were to punch you in the nose, you would have to resist the incredible urge to thank me.....

Etc...
