I have finally set up my xl 650 in 45/70 cal and am ready to do a run, it was pretty daunting when I first un packed it but ut all seems logical.

One thing.......the powder bar is just not quite returning home after I cycle a case through taht station......is it simply a question of adjusting the "powder bar return Rod" with the wing nut and little spring until it returns or is there something else I am missing ??

Yes, you need to adjust the wing nut so that the spring is half compressed when the handle is pushed all the way forward.

Kenpo....thankyou for your help, I assume you mean when the handle is in the raised position (at rest not at the bottom) ??
