Hello, my "all over the world" -friends.
I'm sitting here in "cold" Norway, and having a rather difficult hobby (at least in Norway!).
I have a gloving love for rifles and cartridges, and for that reason I have collected some cartridges on a shelf in my reloading -room. I'm not collecting for any vallue. I'm simply collecting for my own joy, and to have something to look at, and come up with some new prosjects and ideas.
Its quite difficult to get hold of only one round of any cartridge. If you try to buy some in a gunshop, you'll have to buy at least 20 pcs.(A whole package). And another problem is that they dont have all of theme, either.
I'm maybe naive, but can you guys PLEASE help me extend my collection??
I'll tell you what I already have:

I'm starting to get a bit schizophrenic now.
Ok, I think I'll go with my old name then. But in this tread I stay with my new name, just so I can edit it.

Thank you very much!!

Where in Norway was your grandfather from? Do you know that?)

Your welcome. I'm glad it made it ok. Now the logical next step to complete your collection is to own a firearm chambered in each cartridge on your list [Razz] dempsey

Are you interested in handgun cases?

Are you interested in different headstamps for the same cartridge?

Send me your e-mail address for a discussion off this site.

Do you want a 7.62x54R? The Finns used this Russian cartridge against the Russians, with astonishing effectiveness in '39. Then they used it to kick the Germans out of their country at the end of the war.

Is it legal to mail these things??

You can't mail any live ammo, you have to remove the primer and powder. But that's no problem with me, I'm just collecting for my own fun. Not for any value in money, so it works fine with "dummies" for me.

Captnemo.
Yeah, I'm looking for handgun-ammo to. I'll send you a mail. [Smile]

I quite sure they cant stop this!!

I remember your e-mail, but I cant remember if I've recieved your cartridges. It's difficult to keep track of "who is who" when I open the package, because often it's only the true name used in the note. So often I just have to use your true first name. [Smile]
