These mounts have been in storage for almost 2 years, since my move from CA back home after 35 years in LaLa land. The African mounts are on opposite walls and the antlered mounts are likewise on opposite walls. The leopard, buff, bearskins and 1 zebra rugs, and a few pygmy antelope full body mounts are scattered in the rooms- Ran out of room here. Mainly I am just glad to finally have a lot of fond memories out of storage and back for me to enjoy...I gave away a full body mount of a warthog and steenbok, a kudu, impala, gemsbok,and blue wildebeest. Simply no place to put them

As much a hunter as I am I almost don't like over-crowded collections showing hundreds of trophies, for some reason. Not saying there is anything wrong with having a "zoo" on display but I think trophies get "lost" in massive trophy displays.
Just my opinion.

Your is very tasteful and displays a lifetime of hunting in different countries.

What particularly is pleasing to the eye is the spacing and overall composition. Jamming stuff too close never looks comfortable and takes something away.

it is a feeling that is hard to put into words. Being able to walk into my gunroom and see all of the mounts always brings a wave of pleasant memories rolling over like a tsunami...
