Added more work to my list by killing this boar.

Used my FNAR with some 130 OTM bullets I picked up from Midway on a special run for 16 cents a bullet. These are the SCAR bullet. Best I can tell, it's like a non bonded Bear Claw. Solid cooper shank with thin lead hollow point. Behaves about like a partition. My shot was a little high as it plowed through his spine and exited. Seemed to work good enough.

Yeah, I made it work and was still able to get the rest of my work done. Now I have some fresh pork. I was checking on the feeder and jumped about 30 of them that were bedded in the woods off to the right. I slowly went in and they flanked me to my left and cut back towards the back of the property. I slowly walked the trail towards the back of the property and caught 2 stragglers on the trail. had a clear 60 yard shot at this guy as he was trying to walk back in to cover.

When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere.
