1 10# pork shoulder, bone in
3 oz balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup french's yellow mustard
big ole slug of hickory bbq sauce
tablespoon of hickory liquid smoke
1 fresh pineapple, rough skined, 1/2" slices
head of turnip greens, stalks cut off (1/3 the way up)
head of mustard greeens, same way
head of collard greens, same way
head of cilantro, same way
bag of carrots, 1-2" chucks

garlic, cumino, sea salt, meat tenderizer, to taste

water to make it "enough" to make juice

all in a turkey bag, in the oven at 350, nominally for 4.5 hours, but should be done in 3.5

no squish... i made bbq'ed squish, garlic and black pepper pork sausage and blue cheese salad the other night.

oh well, it'll probably be garbage

Luau,

Now we're talking my native tongue! The other night's squish sounds like it's got good stuff in it...how can that be bad? Now Jeffeosso I still haven't got the posted times figured out, but you ARE going torture us with pictures...I hope?

Happy 4th of July weekend everyone and prayers for our troops both past and present!

By reading the topic, I figured you would have a hole in the back yard! Still quite tasty though.

I for one refuse to sit on my hands while yet another savory feast unfolds in East Texas! Read between lines...my wife is dragging me off to a pre 4th bbq. But I promise to return to check on the fixins a bit later.
