Bob,

From a tourist hunter point of view it is very stable. I send several hunters there every year and things run very smoothly.

Nominated last year as the friendliest country on Earth.

It is why Zambia is the country of my choice.

If you are at all interested in hunting I can point you in the right direction and there are a number of PH's here that I consider excellent.

I absolutely agree with Andrew! I found Zambia to be the easiest country in Africa to hunt because of that friendliness, from the PHs down to the camp hands and trackers!

You were fortunate to hunt with a PH who was passionate. As soon as it becomes a business arrangement then those values are lost.

I've travelled to and hunted in Zambia several times and have clients in country for around 200-250 aggregate hunt days per year. I have never personally felt uncomfortable or had a client express any concern. It is a great country, one of of our favorites in Africa. The people are friendly, there are several outstanding PH's in the country and the hunting is fantastic.

If you're on the fence about going, go!
