I have (personally) used this company to send MONEY from NZ to SA with success ..

You need a bank account in your own country, then you transfer to their local bank in your country, and BINGO they do the rest

It would be a whole lot less complicated just to send the money to me. I will take a personal check.

why is this easier than just going down to my bank and wiring the money directly to an RSA bank, as i have done 3 times in the last year. took about 15 mins and a $25 fee each time.

Basically it easier than going to the bank because you can sit at home and do the work in 5 mins on the internet. Also there is no charge at the other end because they dont use intemediary banks along route.

They have their own bank accounts in each country, so technically speaking, all they do is debit their account at source and credit the other at destination.

Remember, if you transfer money within a country via t/t from one bank account to another there is no charge, that is how they can make it cost effective

I can also (use my own bank) to do the t/transfer online from my internet banking BUT they are more cost effective than my local BANK

PS: I dont think they are cooking with gas yet from the USA as you guys (are over regulated) in the USA possibly !!

Cheers, Peter

Can anybody tell me what the stack of rocks on the trillion dollar notes represent? In boy scouting it used to mean: "This is the way, follow." Big Grin

I really have no idea why it is difficult to send money to any country through normal banking channels.

We do it on a daily basis, and have never, ever, had any pay, ment go astray.

Sometimes a problem does crop up, but the banks always sort it out in no time at all.

It is a formation of rocks in the Rhodes Matopas National park. If you hunt in Zim, visiting 'World's View' in the same National Park is well worth the effort.

It was a great spot for New Years Eve revelry in times past Smiler
