I don't know sheep sh*t from shinola shoe polish about the lacy act or whether Colorado killed a female leopard or not, but I 've been thoughly entertained by all of the B.S. on this thread so please don't stop.
I'm bored & don't have a safari for this year planned & I need entertainment.

Might google up the late Dan Duncan from Houston. He was sued under the LA Statute and won for himself and his outfitter as I recall. Costs to defend were in the mid six figures as best I recall. Think it may be the case where our feds decided to change the law relative to no crime in the country of the hunt, etc.
