FYI that tat doesn't look nearly as good without Paula White in the picture. Big Grin

Rhyme of the Sheep Hunter
May fordings never be too deep, And alders not too thick; May rock slides never be too steep And ridges not too slick.
And may your bullets shoot as swell As Fred Bear's arrow's flew; And may your nose work just as well As Jack O'Connor's too.
May winds be never at your tail When stalking down the steep; May bears be never on your trail When packing out your sheep.
May the hundred pounds upon you Not make you break or trip; And may the plane in which you flew Await you at the strip.

What Wendell needs is friends who don't post personal photos of him online!

Thank God the photo was with Paula, and not some random Vegas chick, or this might look a little funny!

Aaron, You are still an ass, thanks for dinner though.

ROFL... dude, seriously?

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

Wendell,,...So that's why you said you were at 60% this morning.

I didn't want to be rude but I was thinking it looked more like you were at 35 or 40%.

Aaron,...that was just wrong, wrong, wrong

To be clear, this is something I did for myself. It's not for anyone else, not necessarily to be seen by anyone else unless I choose (with the exception of Aaron posting it here!)

It was meant to be private, which is why it is covered by a short sleeve shirt. It wasn't a spur of the moment decision, and there was no alcohol involved.

I personally drew the design around the Latin phrase "Si vis pacem, para bellum" Meaning "If you wish for peace, prepare for war".

For me, it is far beyond just a cool quote. No, I am not really a fan of tattoos, but this one has a deeper meaning that is personal to me.

Aaron took the pic and posted it. Do I mind that he did it? No, not really. I'm proud of it but did not intend for it to wind up here. When he took the pic I thought it was to send to me.

Yes, he did tell me he was going to post it after the fact. Had I asked Aaron not to do it, he would not have, but it certainly wasn't my idea or what I intended.

Actually, it's selling the Masailand hunt, and seling the Save Lion and the CAR hunt he posted on the discount hunts section. Taking one of his clients who he said was going to book a 21-day hunt and booking him with me. Being more likeable, better looking etc.

Take your pick of these or any of a dozen other valid reasons for Aaron to be cross with me.

Gee, I kind of feel sorry for him now, after seeing all the reasons that he could be upset.

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

The scuttlebutt around camp is that you may have taken something else from Aaron when you guys were "bunking" together on your deer hunt last year. Rumor has it that after you left Patrick found him curled up in the fetal position and sucking his thumb on the floor of the shower Whistling
