Where the heck is old Dan? I haven't seen anything out of him in a while, and that's just not natural! All I can think of is, he must be harassing the elephant population over in Africa. Confused Confused Confused

I don't think he is going to Africa this year. He doesn't go every year because he likes to stack them up 4 and 5 at a time. BOOM

I don't know, he's still got two or three months left in this year. Smiler I suppose that he will see how the posts go. I'm fairly certain that Jeffeoso won't be getting one from him.... animal

I have seen Dan a couple of times in person this year, the last time in July, when we were shooting together. He was doing fine then.

For many years, JT was an engineer with the MoD. He was responsible for several projects and was part of the team that designed the final version of the 338 Lapua among other things. He has some fantastic guns and is a keen historian of guns and gunmaking. DIscuss the law? Definitely not! Wink

When you're on holiday, that is the last thing that you want to really do - go back to what you did at work. Big Grin clap

Nice looking young hunter, 500g. Good luck with the training, I'm sure he'll appreciate it when he gets older.

Good show Dan! There is an old saying that is very true, "Hunt with your kids, and you won't have to hunt your kids!"

Welcome back, It's been too calm around here!

You also need to be aware of fleas from prairie dogs as they commonly carry the plague ( at least in New Mexico and Texas ). Great to see a youngster out and about w/ rifle. Dr.C thumb
