Does anyone have any information on this chap. The only information that came with the photo is that it was shot on the Zambezi!

Mate it is an illusion. The people are sitting well back from the croc

Looking at the head and teeth this is only a 12 footer.

IF (note the big IF) I remember correctly there was a copy of that pic hanging in one of the Zim game dept offices for some years and I seem to remember our very own Ganyana has told the story of it here on AR some years ago......

I believe it's nowhere near as big as it first looks though.

This one's "for real", but not taken in the Zambezi but Lake Chamo in Ethiopia. I believe he was 18' as is with a bit of his tail missing. I've seen the skull to this thing, it's gigantic.

They also featured this photo of this Croc on the show "River Monsters", saying it well could have been 20' long had it's tail been intact. It was also on a show on NatGeo trying to find a 20'er, and they said the same thing.
