Very easy.

On top of this forum, on the left, you see a link that says GO.

Click on it, and you will get a drop down menu. Click on Private Message. Then you pick who you wish to send a message too.

In this case me, Saeed.

This is weird, as normally only those on an IGNORE list cannot send a PM to someone, and I do not have anyone on IGNORE!
