Very easy.
On top of this forum, on the left, you see a link that says GO.
Click on it, and you will get a drop down menu. Click on Private Message. Then you pick who you wish to send a message too.
In this case me, Saeed.

SaeedThis is weird, as normally only those on an IGNORE list cannot send a PM to someone, and I do not have anyone on IGNORE!
We will have to check with EVE what is going on.

Apparently there was a glitch with the software, and it has been resolved by the EVE Team.
