I would like to do a hunt report but not sure what I need to do so I can post pictures. What is best format to use so pictures will work here.

Basically you need to have your pictures on a web server that allows linking to other sites.

You should size your pictures to not be more than 1800 pixels on the larger size.

This normally translates to 1800x1200 pixels.

Yes?Imgur is quite simple.

Another vote for Imgur. If I can figure it out anyone can if you just put in a little effort. I've found that if you resize your picture to the "large thumbnail" option it works fine.

No matter what.
