Anyone else being bombarded with email and other correspondence from this outfit? I must get an email every two or three days. Several days ago I even got a phone call from them. And no, I have not signed up to be on any of their contact lists, hunt cancellation lists, etc. Just curious.

I've received two unsolicited e-mails and one phone call. They left a message on the phone call. I replied to each e-mail telling them to take me off their list due to the way the handled the Heathington sheep hunt.

I received a couple of emails and a phone call offering "tremendous discounts" on just about any type hunt I wanted...HBH is right, you have to speak very plainly...I don't think they will waste their time calling me again.

I have received one phone call which I returned.

I told them it would be a waste of my time and theirs to call again as I have read all I needed to know on AR. The woman answering the phone has clearly been prepped for this response. Sounds like AR is a burr under their saddle.

I started receiving emails a month ago. I got a phone call last week and told them to pound sand. When he asked why I wasn't interested in the 700+ hunts they have to offer, I replied that I regularly read posts on the AR forum, he hung up on me.

Do they just smile and dial from the DSC roster book? I like having the roster book, but not if A-holes like them are going to use it for solicitation.

Mike, they call me about every three months, cold call of course. I made a deal with them. I said " If I give you all of Mike's contact info will you PLEASE leave me alone ? !!! Looks like it worked out! LOL Seriously, this is one pain in the ass bunch. Who in the hell has EVER bought a hunt from their 100,000 GREAT DEAL cold calls. In the future I am going to say"Man, am I ever glad you called, I am wanting to book a 28 day full bag hunt in Tanzania, so is my brother, can you hang on the line while I set up a conference call ? "
Then he will be in for a VERY long wait !

I guess I am lucky that they are leaving me alone.

I was getting emails from them following the SCI show last year. I guess I must have put my email address on a list at the show. I know I came home with one of their brochures.

After reading here about what happened with that sheep hunt, I did the "unsubscribe" on the emails and that's where it ended. No more emails since.

Thanks Dave. No need to follow up with them on the 28-day full bag safari, when they called me this afternoon I told them I was not interested but that my friend Dave Fulson had recently mentioned that he had $100K burning a hole in his pocket and was looking to book a 28-day safari. They thanked me profusely, asked me what kind of scotch I drink and said they would reach out to you. What are friends for. Cool

I received many calls from them. When I asked them to explain the situation of the sheep hunt that was detailed here months ago, that was their last call to me. Not a word since.
Tell me, do they exhibit at DSC or SCI?
Cheers, all.

Funny...got a call from them about 2 hours ago. Once the guy finished introducing himself, I told him that I was a member of the Accurate Reloading forum, at which point he started laughing! Obviously, I told him I'd never do business with them and to please remove me from their contact list. I also pointed out that while he apparently thought the whole ordeal was laughable, I failed to find the humor in it.
Apparently they think it's a joke! Albeit an expensive one, no doubt!

Regards,
Scott

As an agent, just like Dave, Wendell, Mark, Ann, L. David, and other fine AR members, this is probably the part that pisses me off more than anything! I'll guarantee you, all 6 of us combined don't have 700 plus hunts to offer, and NO AGENCY in the world could ever competently represent 700 plus hunts with any sort of professionalism/experience, period! BWW is not a hunt consultant agency, they're just used car salesmen, selling dreams!!

Booking agents can and always will be a valuable asset to the hunting community, but rely on the ones that have "Been there, Done that"! Those like BWW are simply a knock on the integrity of good/honest agents around the world.

These guys must have the DSC list. They left a call for me today, which I deleted. I think of them as the hunting world equivalent of the hundreds of cheesy New York brokerage house salesmen who always call and leave messages trying to push a "great deal" on some stock that their firm is holding in inventory and desperately needs to unload. I do not talk to any of the above.

Got their e-mails and replied to please take me off their list, haven't received any more. Also getting some junk from another booking agent that I have never heard of. Got a call regarding some hunt deals, no idea how they got my home number either. The lady hung up on me when I asked her what she was wearing, works every time.

I did the same, I heard through the grapevine they got their info from SCI. I am not sure how they got my info or other members of my family, unless it was SCI

I've never believed in cold calling people nor doing mass emailings. If I have something to offer someone who's made it clear they are looking then I respond to them. Most of the time it is a potential customer who asks me directly what I have to offer. On occasion, I have also directed folks to other agents that I know had something on offer that I didn't have in the interest of the customer finding what he or she is looking for.

The problem is they will not talk about it or answer any questions, which to me makes them look even more guilty. The last email I got from them several months ago I questioned them about that sheep hunt and AR. Most important question was since they represented this outfitter did they ever check him out? as the guy had several cases filed against him. No reponse from them so I answered the question for them, they were only out for the bucks. (Yes, pun intended)

BTW, I have never gotten another email or call from them.

Good Hunting,
