Just bought a Ruger SR762. I have been looking at these quite a while and reading some reviews and all appear very positive. I also bought a mag pull collapsable stock and a step up ramp to mount a Bushnell 4200 1.5X6 scope I have had in my closet for quite a few years.
Anxious to get it out to the farm next weekend. Bought some cheap ball ammo and 3 boxes of the federal fusion mtr.
A new trigger should be on its way as soon I determine and good quality reasonable cost unit.

Mine shoots lights out, had to turn up the gas port regulator for reliable function but all, in all, I like the hell out of it.

in 308 ARs -mind the trigger -- light AR15 triggers do give light strikes - i had to return a CMC trigger due to 10 to 50% failure to fires -- too light of strikes, depending on primers -

be certain to use a 308 carbine buffer and spring on a carbine tube, but you know this already...
