I have ALWAYS been pleased with their barrels in my bolt guns ... anyone used one on an AR? I ordered mine today .. 16.5, stainless, modified hbar, wylde, 1:9, rifle position tube (yes, i KNOW  ) will use a YHM popup front sight .. i LIKE those, and a "linear" compensator -- i have used the dpms one before, but going to try a kaw this time.. it looks cooler likely a DPMS carbon fiber forearm. hogue ergo or "fatboy" grip (i like the later) havent decided on stock or trigger... opinions vary band of bubbas and STC hunting Club Information on Ammoguide about the416AR, 458AR, 470AR, 500AR What is an AR round? I use a McGowen barreled 458 socom AR, very accurate and no fouling problems. No experience with one in 5.56. "For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind..." Hosea 8:7 | |||

mine shoots great - had to open the port to .094 as it was at about 85% function due to being under gassed - I'll try again another day on .094 and see -- it may need to go even more, but let's take it in steps. opinions vary band of bubbas and STC hunting Club Information on Ammoguide about the416AR, 458AR, 470AR, 500AR What is an AR round?
