Does anyone have suggestions for an outfitter for both Gobi and Altai ibex in Mongolia?

Thank you

Hi C. Foss

A friend and I booked through Asian Mountain Outfitters Brian Martin, in August 2012 for both Gobi and Altay Ibex.
We both ended up with good trophies of those and also got a few wolves as well as nice roe deer.
Ari, the Mongolian Outfitter was faultless in any way and I can recommend him highly. He accompanied us for the 20 days hunting and made sure everything ran smoothly.
I have attached a few photos from the hunt.

Regards,

Impressive trophies indeed. That Roebuck is a monster!! Brian runs a top notch outfit here in Canada and have heard good reviews on his asian exploits as well.

Cool pics, great hunt and I agree... that bloody roebuck is a serious specimen!

Cam - What year are you interested in going? These can definitely be done with a bow, but I'd add a couple of days on each one just to be on the safe side.

Damn nice roe buck
Shot some decent ones in Europe, but these Asian roe deer are something else

I'd feel very confident going with the guides Bryan organises in Asia, he certainly has his finger on the pulse with what is going on over there and the locations to get clients onto mature animals.
I'd trust him 110%.
