Great pix, Juan.

What is your favorite way to prepare partridge "for the table"?

Do you "age" birds before you prepare them?

I'd love to construct a Parilla. For now I just use a Weber grill.

I'm envious, off season up here!! I'm curious about the dog in the bed of the truck. The markings are alot like my setter, not the hair though.

Any news about our friend BillintheWild, Juan? Is he sleeping in your hospital and chasing your nurses again? More importantly, has he caught one yet?

Juan,

Being a bird dog trainer and hunter, any type of pointing dog upland hunting interests me. When after perdiz, how many points can you expect in a day?

Nice pics, Juan ! thanks for sharing them !

BTW which shotgun is this? I am looking for an "over/under" to myself, can you advice me which? (amongst the few good ones at logical prices that can be found down here - might also be a side by side one, I am looking for a double barrel)

Abrazo !
