I was studying Ernest Hemingway's favorite hamburger recipe, and one of the ingredients is India Relish. Apparently, there are endless variations of what passes for India Relish -- from the simple to the complicated. I wanted simple, and made this last night using ground red pepper flakes from the New Mexico 6-4L heirloom chile peppers I grew last season. Turned out remarkably tasty with a nice kick. https://www.allrecipes.com/rec...24180/indian-relish/ There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t. – John Green, author | ||
